To do this, I carefully considered every feature's details and and collaborated seamlessly with backend engineers.One notable accomplishment was the effective integration of the CRM tool's statistics page, which enhanced the user experience by offering a dynamic layer.

I also took charge of resolving critical bugs across both tools, ensuring a smooth and flawless performance.I took one step further with the Support Tool and improved its general usefulness and attractiveness by redesigning various elements. I also included a new feature that expands the tool's functionality and gives consumers an even more complete solution. My focus was on solving technological problems with a solution-oriented approach and making the user experience smooth and pleasurable.
